DOUBT

Doubt in God bringing about an outcome A, is justifiable when:

    1) God bringing about A would require that God act immoral.

or ...

    2) God bringing about A would require that God act illogical.

    3)_____________________ <---- You fill in.

*Note: If something is illogical, it is not neccessarily immoral, however if something is immoral, it is allways illogical.

Doubt in God bringing about A is NOT-justifiable when:

    1) Uncertainity exists as to whether God bringing about A would require of him to act immoral or illogical or __________.

    2) The doubt resides in the character of God.

    3) If even the smallest amount of uncertainity exists that God can indeed actualize(effect ?) A.

* re (3) - Can I be a 100% sure that God will not help in a particular situation ? ...because even if I am 99.99999999...% sure... then my doubt is unjustified. (In the real world situations, where we compete in sports, gamble, play games, etc..such odds(99.9999...) might be cause for a particular action, that are inline with the odds. However with God, its a different situation altogether, no matter the odds.

Question: Is doubt the flip side of faith ??? Are faith and doubt mutually exclusive ? Can one have F without some measure of doubt ? Can faith without any measure of doubt be properly called faith ? (Junky thinking...sorry. Tired.) Doubt = I do not believe. <--? Doubt = I do believe, but I cannot believe or act on that belief. Incontinence <--?

Something tells me that you can only doubt what you believe.
