AESTHETICS - Part III:

Attractiveness Has anyone ever said to the following to you: "I know you are attractive, but I dont find you attractive." Or, have you ever said something to someone, along that vein of thought. Its sorta like you can acknowledge that someone is goodlooking/handsome/beautiful, and yet not have any feelings of attraction for that someone. i.e. You are not in LIKE with them. This makes me wonder about sexuality. Perhaps what a heterosexual male responds to in a female are both the objective and subjective aspects of her beauty. And yet at the same time this male only responds to, or perceives the objective aspects of another males aesthetic. Hence, I (a male) can recognize that Jimbo is handsome and yet not find him attractive. right ???
